We are a leading Engineering and Consultancy company at both national and international levels, specialized in High Voltage and Renewable Energy, with active framework contracts with REE and major utility companies, and presence across Spain and abroad. 🌍💡
📍 We are currently seeking a Civil Leader to join our engineering team.
ROLE
- Lead and coordinate the civil engineering design of renewable energy, high voltage and infrastructure projects.
- Review and supervise civil engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical and environmental departments.
- Manage project planning, technical documentation and engineering schedules.
- Provide technical guidance and support to civil engineers and designers.
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors and external stakeholders.
- Review calculations, reports, drawings and technical specifications related to civil and structural engineering.
- Identify technical risks and propose engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, preferably within renewable energy, high voltage or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural design standards and regulations.
- Experience coordinating engineering teams and managing technical deliverables.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, SAP2000 or similar.
- Valuable: experience in photovoltaic plants, substations and transmission line projects.
- Valuable: minimum C1 level of English.
