📍 We are currently seeking a Project Manager for renewable energy projects.
ROLE:
Lead the full development of assigned projects from early stages to ready‑to‑build, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and budgets are met.
Manage all resources involved in the project (engineering, procurement, construction, financial control, legal, etc.), both internal and external, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Plan, organize and coordinate the different departments, leading weekly and monthly meetings with project stakeholders (EPC contractor, engineering teams, etc.), with a strong focus on task progress, milestones, risks, action plans and contractual matters.
Analyze market trends and competitor documentation to expand the existing portfolio with new cooperation opportunities and projects.
Support the development department to achieve RTB status and assist asset management (O&M) for plant delivery.
Supervise, design, calculate and estimate photovoltaic and lighting projects.
Manage technical documentation (grid connection, fee payments, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Energy Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the development and/or design of renewable energy projects.
Strong analytical thinking combined with initiative and commitment to successfully drive and deliver projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Presto, MS Project, PVsyst, among others.
Valuable: minimum C1 level of English.
