📍 We are currently seeking a Senior HV Supervisor with proven experience in High Voltage Substation supervision in projects executed with the Romanian electrical utility.
Supervising construction activities in High Voltage Substations, ensuring full technical and regulatory compliance.
Verifying correct installation of HV equipment and its integration within the substation.
Monitoring quality standards, safety procedures and construction methodologies.
Conducting daily inspections and progress follow-up.
Preparing technical reports on incidents, deviations and improvement actions.
Coordinating with contractors, engineering teams and the client to resolve critical technical issues.
Validating execution according to drawings, specifications and Romanian utility standards.
Supporting commissioning and ensuring proper handover of supervised systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory: proven experience supervising High Voltage Substations with the Romanian electrical utility.
Mandatory: candidates must provide a list of substations they have worked on.
Technical education (Electrical Engineering or similar).
Solid experience in HV construction (minimum 5–7 years).
Knowledge of Romanian regulations and utility standards.
Proficiency with Office tools and technical software.
Experience in Renewable Energy / PV projects is a plus.
